Q: My roommate recently kicked me out, it's been less than a week and she refuses to give me my car that's on her property
Moved in with roommate who paid to haul my car from Bend, OR onto her property in Klamath Falls, so I had a place to work on it. She has not followed legal procedures in evicting me, but has kicked me out. Now she is refusing to allow me to get my car off her property saying that it is for damages caused to her property and stealing. Both are lies.
