Q: Will a lawyer draft a demand letter if you've had the surgeries for less of a percentage?
My lawyer has not been very punctual on our scheduled calls, takes to long to review and respond to third party's requesting information causing undo hardship I'm being evicted because of the inactive of my case I'd like to fire him and talk to the doctor myself would they do the same deal that my lawyer gets
A: A Georgia attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. It would probably be difficult for ANY attorney to offer quick answer to your question on a Q & A forum - your original attorney could have liens, they may see things differently than you describe, etc. Someone would need to know more about your file to advise meaningfully.
