Q: Suggested Discovery, to stop a GAL from Co-op w/ angry Mom grinding her false sex harassment Axe against my Son?
My son's best friend of a few years has a crazy Mom that in a different city from her and her Dad. Whenever Mom comes around bad things happen, big fights usually ends with friend in hospital from a suicide attempt. After this last trip to the hospital friend had a broken nose and face after altercation with mom and dad catching her home alone with boyfriend, not my son. My son, who was not there get accused for being the "reason she is mental" and a bunch of false allegations of harassment follow. Total BS.....BUT my son has spent the last month head to head with our local PD trying to get body cam of the excessive use of force used when detaining him. The day after they arrest him for finding probable cause on all sex harassment, they tell me to come pick up the GRAMA video...I cant afford 20k, My son is 13 and indigent but no word from a lawyer yet. Any advice is welcome, I just withdrew my plea agreement and plead NOT GUILTY and need help. Please advise
