Q: I loaned someone approximately $5800 over about 6 months. They are threatening me and won’t pay me back. What can I do?
This individual spent $3500 on my credit cards and the other $2300 was cash/virtual payments. Each time, before sending I asked if they would pay it back and when. When it was time to pay my back, they did not and now they’re threatening me and still refusing to pay me back.
