Q: i'm trying to find out what kind of lawyer do i need
my special needs daughter Treyanna was in the hospital for almost two weeks somebody at the hospital call adult protective service and lied on me they told them that i abuse my daughter, that i neglect her and that i starve her which all of these allegations was lies adult protective service did 5 months of investigation and found out that the hospital lied on me so they close the case out on today but i want to sue the hospital for pain and suffering for false allegations that they did against me, for causes me a lot of distress and for trying to get my daughter take]n away from me but i don't know what kind of lawyer that i need for this i need to know what kind of lawyer do i need for this type of case
