Q: baby with a fracture skull and brain bleed due to doctor negligence during birth.
No complications with delivery small 5lb1 oz baby doctor asked to use suction to speed up delivery because he had another baby to deliver. Doctor said that baby may have slight bruising and did not say anything about risks. Baby now has a skull fracture and bleeding of the brain and had to be transported to a children hospital and in is nicu. Do we have a case to sue the doctor ?
