Q: Does a New Jersey lawyers signature only, with no stamp,qualify as Notary Public ? Having problems with this.
My lawyer states that his signature only, is all that is required.

A: In place of a notary in New Jersey. As an attorney, the attorney signs their name and under it states "An Attorney at Law of the State of New Jersey" I have never had that challenged.
