Q: I feel like I’m being mistreated in court and I need to see if so before I go any further
So my boyfriend and I have been together 5 years And share 5 kids. 1 from my past relationship 1 with him and him with 3 others from 2 previous relationship. He and both his ex wife and him have known drug past. 3 years ago he had been clean and long story short he passed every drug test from court & cps and we got full custody of 2 of his kids from their mom. The last year me and him was on & off with each other his parents who have always played a big part and are well known in our small town have always wanted his kids. The last 3 years me and him have did it just us and they have hated it. 6 months ago he and his 2 kids went to his dads house to stay. He lives to please them and I called this but his stepmom caught him gone and went to the courthouse said he was gone to rehab and she had the kids for the last 6 months. Which was a lie, they had only been there 4 days. Literally. They granted her temporary guardianship without any proof or question be never knew about a hearing
A: You need to file a petition for custody and get her guardianship set aside as fraudulent.
