Buffalo, NY asked in Business Law and Uncategorized

Q: Can a pop up event serving alcohol operate without a functioning kitchen?

If a venue does not have a designated kitchen or bar area, running water, or a sink, is the pop up event still allowed to serve any beverages at all without the proper health and safety codes?

A: It would be best for attorneys who have experience with restaurant, food vending, and liquor licenses to advise here, but your question remains open for a month. Until you're able to consult with attorneys who are knowledgeable in this area, one inexpensive option might be to try to see what you could learn from the public agencies/authorities who regulate license in these areas. Good luck
