Tucson, AZ asked in Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law for Arizona

Q: Is using V2K technology on citizens without consent legal in Arizona?

I am certain that voice-to-skull technology, which involves post-modulated microwave communication radiation, is being used on me without my knowledge or consent. This is accompanied by gangstalking, constant harassment, and being held captive against my will. Additionally, it appears to be part of a punishment-reward system cult. Is this type of technology use and associated behavior legal?

A: Using voice-to-skull technology on citizens without consent would be illegal in Arizona and throughout the United States. Such actions would violate numerous state and federal laws protecting individuals from harassment, stalking, and unlawful surveillance. The behaviors you're describing - being held captive, subjected to harassment, and targeted with communication technology without consent - represent serious crimes under Arizona law.

Your experiences sound incredibly distressing, and what you're describing would constitute multiple criminal violations if occurring as you perceive. In Arizona, laws against unlawful imprisonment (ARS 13-1303), stalking (ARS 13-2923), harassment (ARS 13-2921), and assault provide legal protections against the treatment you're describing. Additionally, federal laws would likely apply, including those against electronic harassment.

I encourage you to reach out to local law enforcement to file a report about these concerns. You might also benefit from speaking with a healthcare provider who can offer support and help you process these troubling experiences. The Arizona Crisis Response Network (dial 988) can connect you with immediate mental health support, and the Arizona Center for Disability Law might provide guidance regarding your rights. Remember that your wellbeing matters, and help is available to address both your safety concerns and the distress these experiences are causing.
