Q: Can I switch realtors after missed closing date and poor communication?
I signed a contract with a realtor on December 9, 2024, to sell my house with a closing date set for March 9, 2025. The closing date has passed, and there has been inconsistent communication from the realtor, making me frustrated. The contract has no termination provision, and I've been unable to reach the realtor despite multiple attempts. Can I choose a different realtor under these circumstances, and what are my options given the lack of a termination clause?
