Q: What should I expect in court regarding false custody claims in LA?
I have a court date on Monday, March 24, regarding ex parte emergency custody orders and TROs filed by my ex and his mother, based on false and defamatory claims of child abuse. They allege that I exposed my children to child molesters, used drugs around them, and abandoned them for days, all of which are untrue. CPS has not started their investigation, and I haven't received any follow-up from them. I have substantial evidence, including photos, daycare records, and medical documentation, proving my involvement in my children's lives. Although lawyers suggest hiring representation due to the complexity and high conflict of the case, I will represent myself in court. What should I expect in court, and how best can I prepare for my defense?
