I have been experiencing severe iron deficiency anemia for about two years after stopping donations. The center acknowledged the malfunctions by offering snacks and ice packs at the time, but I did not report these issues to my doctor, who diagnosed me with anemia and prescribed medication without knowing my donation history. The anemia severely impacts my health and life. Can I sue the plasma donation center for these health issues?
