Wellington, FL asked in Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law for Florida

Q: I was falsely arrested in Florida, assaulted, and need help finding a civil rights attorney experienced in 4th Amendment violations.

I am a disabled person who was falsely arrested on February 26th for asserting my 4th Amendment rights. My neighbor and property manager falsely reported that I was an armed combat veteran with PTSD and mental health issues holding my girlfriend and infant daughter hostage. The police acknowledged they had no exigent circumstances, couldn't get a warrant, and were acting on false information from the property manager. I informed them I was not a veteran and had no weapons. Both my girlfriend and I assured them everything was fine and offered to speak from our second-floor balcony. Despite this, the police forcibly entered, assaulting me while I was on my knees, charged me with false imprisonment and providing false information. I was transported unsafely, further injuring me and endured public humiliation when displayed in the apartment leasing office. Additionally, I've faced ongoing harassment with false allegations and surveillance. I need help finding an attorney experienced in civil rights cases involving 4th Amendment violations, police brutality, and false arrest.
