That's unfortunate. What exactly is your question? You should consider posting a question under the Employment Law section asking if that is enough cause for an employer to terminate your employment? Or, if maybe there may be grounds for a civil action against your employer?

No, the most the insurance company would cover is the fair market value of the totaled RV.

Attorneys frequently have to do research in matters like this in order to answer questions. Perhaps this can be looked up in the statutes right here on Justia.
vehicle has been parked in my yard for a year, not registered, owner has passed away and unable to locate the title. Vehicle was only suppose to be here for a few weeks. Can we take ownership of the vehicle?
