Q: may I get a ticket if someone se complained about me ?

So someone was driving dangerous and i wanted to pass while im following the rules because i didnt feel safe . Then i saw that she called someone most probably police . May i get a ticket because of that?

Q: Can the police pull me over for making a u-turn when I am in line for a checkpoint?

I assume that you are talking about a sobriety checkpoint, and not the police looking for a suspect.
