Q: I'm trying to get my ring back from my fiancée , I called out the engagement , can I still get the ring , thanks

That depends upon the case law in your jurisdiction. In mine, Florida, the person who called the engagement off does not get the ring back, and I believe that might be the law in a majority of states.

It is probably not illegal in the sense of being a criminal violation. Business names can be valuable intellectual property. Trademark or intellectual property lawyers handle civil lawsuits involving the use and "theft" of business names.
