Q: I bought a licence from a company. They are discontinuing the product and making the same thing "Validated".

Is it legal for them to refuse to give me credit for this "new" material?

Q: Bought a timeshare from a realtor. Just wondering how long does the law allow for it to be transferred to me.

Realtor is in Florida and the closing company is in Arizona.

Q: how are sealed bids received and filed to make sure they do not pass the deadline

If a Sealed bid was not marked in any manner noting the time and date it was received is that considered a legitimet bid when it comes time to open the sealed bids
