Disability benefits are exempt in Florida.

I am not guilty of this and I have asked for a hand handwriting person and to see a copy of the check and they just blew me out of the water, . It happened back in 1975-1976

You asked this months ago, and did not mention what kind of bond you are talking about. It's probably a criminal case. It depends upon the charges and the facts.

Oral means spoken. There either is no such thing as an oral hearing or every hearing is an oral one. We need to know in what context the phrase was used.

The complaint should be made to the judicial qualifications commission. Call them to see if there is a standard form to fill out.
