Q: Is there any way to make your trademark registration anonymous as it pertains to the owner of the mark?

The owner of the mark can be a corporation, but the owner of the corporation will also be public record. I suppose you could create several sub corporations but eventually the owner of the mark could be discovered.

You have quoted the song wrong. Copyright law is very complicated. This does not appear to be infringement to me.

I don't think so. I am not aware of any specific eagle logo of the FOE that they have registered and that the USPS has copied.

Yes it is. Cloting designs can be protected by copyrights, patents (usually design patents) and by trademarks. There is also new federal legislation under consideration to provide a stronger form of protection for clothing designs, but at the moment, it does not look like it will be passed soon.... View More
