Did you actually go see an trademark attorney about this? That is always the very best thing to do, to go see an attorney. Intellectual property attorneys do not usually answer questions on this forum.
Most of the research and experimenting was done on my own time, but some of it was done on the clock. I currently have no patent, or copyright, or trademark, but I intend to.
