The code section you cite has nothing to do with the requirement to file a personal income tax return. O.C.G.A. § 5-42.1 refers to ad valorem tax on personal property (other than motor vehicles, trailers and mobile homes). The relevant code section for income tax is O.C.G.A. § 48-7-50, which says... Q: If my 3 yr old lives with me fulltime can I claim her as a dependant on my taxes

Me and my ex .bf went to court & we have joint legal and physical custody of our daughter but she lives with me fulltime

You can claim your daughter as a dependent in your tax returns, if your ex consents and doesn't claim the child on her return. Good luck.

You can generally receive Insurance tax free. But if you are receiving interest on the insurance it is likely taxable.

Each state has their own limits. You can call up the state and ask or go online to find out what their limits are.

In addition to having priority over property tax liens and assessments, year's support awards have priority over all other non-purchase-money debts.

I cannot say on Georgia state taxes, but federal taxes would be due if the bank forgives the deficiency.
