Q: Im 17 and my boyfriend is 19 i want to move out with out my parents consent will my boyfriend and i get in trouble?

What is the age of consent in your state? It appears to be 16. But that does not mean that your boyfriend cannot be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. You have to do as your parents say until you are an adult.

Q: I am going on diversion in 3 days for missing court in Dec for showing proof of insurance. Do I need to Drug test

I am 19 living in Olathe KS. No legal history of drug or alcohol abuse.

I cannot imagine how an assistant district attorney would ever represent a person on a criminal charge in his county. Q: Can one lose their rights to firearms in Kansas on Domestic Battery misdemeanor

WIthout a doubt. A conviction of a domestic battery will cause a person to lose his/her right to possess a firearm. A crime of domestic violence will cause a person to lose his/her right to possess a firearm under federal law.
