This was asked over 3 years ago. Did you get an answer from some other source. It depends upon the complexity of the case, generally.

Q: If I had a misdeameanor conviction for bad checks and failed to restitute, is there a statute of limitations?

The statute of limitations most likely applies to the amount of time between the commission of the crime and when charges are filed, not to a failure to comply with your probation.
