Q: Can I sue a Saudi branch company of a UK based company in British Courts?
I have concluded a memorandum of understanding with a Saudi branch company of a UK registered company. The MoU states that the MoU is subject to the laws of the territory without specifying which territory. In the MoU, the address of the Saudi branch company is given in Saudi. My address as he second party to this MoU is given as in Jordan.
