Q: Legal options for a landlord violating privacy rights
My mom myself and another tenant rent out a property in Chicopee and the landlord had put cameras inside the house so the police department was called told him he couldn’t keep them on inside the house, well he’s back here today with the other tenant after we decided to end out lease at the end of the following month, he was overheard by myself asking the other tenant if the coast was clear and to see if we were home.
