Q: I got an assault charge sealed from 6 years ago but still shows when applying for apartments. What are my options?
Judge ordered seal so I don’t think it should show. This was sealed maybe last year or the year before.
A: Get a certified cop of the order sealing your record and send it to the agency disclosing your record.
