Q: Can the prosecutor force a whitness testify? When key witness is a minor and family member of the person on trial.

And what is the protocall for the prosicutor going to the home of the key witness and threating them that if they dont testify that they will be arested.

Q: We live in CA. My 14 yr old son is charged with 2 felonies in IN. I am unemployed and broke. How do i get him a lawyer?

We have been summoned to appear at the initial hearing in IN re: the petition for delinquency. What steps do I take to get him represented by a lawyer?

If he's charged with felonies, he's either an "automatic" because of an armed robbery or a murder . . or he was waived because he's been in so much trouble as a juvenile, the juvenile court is convinced there is nothing it can do for him.

I just filed (Motion of contempt for parenting and visitation order)few days ago. How long is the response time? Im the petitioner, and the x-wifey violated the court order. Can she be punished if found at fault?

Depending on the severity of the interference, good luck getting anything more than a slap on the wrist from the judge. And be doggone sure there WAS a violation and NOT a "misunderstanding," because it's certainly possible that she hires a lawyer and that the Judge could order you... View More
