Q: Why my Counselor want let Me Apply for a MSA? I have a Severe Spinal Cord Injury. I Requested it.

"Medicare-set- Aside"websites tell Me to Apply. I went on Medicare at 57. I am Now forced Retired. Feel I am Getting WrongCompensation.

Serious Work Injuries especially those that require a Medicare Set-aside are complicated. It would be well worth your time to retain an attorney to help you with your case.
