I realize that most employment lawsuits settle before jury trial however, I am concerned if I need to actually go to court if that the jury pool will not be diverse.

What happens in any particular pool is random, but the Brooklyn courthouse can receive jurors from the entire geographic area covered by the Eastern District's jurisdiction, meaning jurors could come from Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Queens, and Nassau and Suffolk counties.
