Q: if I was arrested out of my house for DWI, will this stand in a jury trial?

this would be DWI #4, the police say they have a witness, but I know the guy and he is on so much prescription medication he could barely talk(on the 9-11 tape)

You can never predict what a jury will do. Your attorney should evaluate the strength of the case and make a recommendation.

Q: How can a person resolve a motion to revoke probation if they're being held in a different county on a new charge?

Generally, the new charge will be resolved first. Especially, if the new charge is the basis for the motion to revoke. He should have an attorney to address each issue.

It sounds like the charges have been dismissed, so yes, that part is over. However, you still need to pursue an expunction so that this incident does not show up on background checks.
