Q: Charged with misdameanor second degree assualt. Do I have to report it to state insurance comissioner?

Met with commissioner more than thirty days ago, have not had initial court appearance, did I wait too long to report, and is there disciplinary action for that?

Unless you are absolutely sure that you will be found not guilty, I would highly recommend anger management classes to you if you were my client and facing an assault charge.
