Depending on your county you may need to get a business or occupational license, pet grooming license, or any other local license.
I am an Italian Citizen and I work for an American small company that my friend opened a couple of years ago. Now he wants me to became a partner shareholder of the company. What do I need to do and who do I need to see in order to being able to get the company shares and became a company partner?
