It all depends on the circumstances. In Illinois, where I am licensed, if your doctor has not cleared you to return to work then you should not go back to work. Q: Sir i just want to know whether cross claim is brought in pleading of the original suit or in a separate suit ?

A cross claim must be brought in the answer to a complaint filed against you, within the same suit.
