A: Grandparents do have a cause of action to see their children, primarily they must have an established relationship with the children that it being interrupted for the case to go forward.

We see this primarily in cases like Divorce and Child Custody where the one parent has a bad relationship with the Grandparents and now wants to prevent the relationship. We've fought for, and been granted, visitation by Grandparents.
