Q: My friend is being ratholed in a detention center by the FEDs. No chance of getting out on bail, no speedy trial.
They have kept him there almost 3 yrs. He has a vitamin deficieny (1 piece fruit every 2 wks.) Painful blisters all over his hands.Feds are protecting one of their corrupt Fed agents who was getting cut in scam operation. They are detaining many people in different areas to keep them from talking to each other...He is innocent..I believe the prosecution , his lawyer, his previous lawyer and judge have been paid off. He is 65 yrs old and is spending his life in this place, no access to outside, sunshine, healthy food(fresh veggies, fruit, meat). Whenever they schedule a court date it is cancelled by the prosecution. The prosecution and lawyers are threatened by the judge but never penalized. What is a person's recourse. This man is innocent. He rented a space in an office building to a man who was involved in a ponze scheme. That man is lying and saying that my friend is the king-pin ponze person and made up all kinds of lies about he and his wife traveling together with my frien
