Q: How do you file to have a 1965 record expunged?

A: You can expunge an arrest that was either not filed or was dropped. If you pled guilty or no contest to the case and you received a withhold of adjudication, then you may be able to seal your case. Many people that apply to have their cases sealed or expunged are not eligible for various reasons. Either way, with a 1965 case, it will be a little more complicated. Although can file the paperwork on your own, only an attorney will be able to fully evaluate your situation and determine whether you are eligible for a sealing or expungement.
