Q: Can juvenile probation from California come Down to Texas for my runaway 15 yr old?
I am the non custodial parent and she is running away from her dad and juvenile probation.
A: No. It would be a violation of her probation to leave the State of California. If you could get the custody orders changed you could then ask the court in California to transfer her juvenile probation.
