Q: Whos responsible for this payment?

going to work in November 2012 we had a car hit me and my boss the way to work in her car. got me a court order to pay the amount of 6,704.58 for the person involved in the accident. I do not work more for these people I did not have idea that insurance from my employer had not resolved what I have to do? This is my responsibility?

A: Your question is very hard to follow. It sounds like you were driving a car that your boss or her business owned, and that you were involved in a two vehicle accident. If you got a "court order," you must have been sued. If you were sued, you should have turned the matter over to your boss' insurer, who should have defended you and should have paid this award. Your own personal automobile insurance would have been "excess" to your boss' insurance, for additional coverage. You need to communicate with your boss' insurance company, if they were involved in the first instance. If you never contacted them, you may have a problem, and might need a lawyer to pursue this.
