Q: a woman has threatened me for slander. It was gossip she heard that she is accusing me of. what does she have to prove?
she gave me details of her financial life and said to me ( from my understanding) that men (friends and Lovers) pay for her expenses. I expressed an opinion to a third party that I was not comfortable with her and her lifestyle choices. It got back to her. we spoke and she said no one pays her credit cards. And my understanding was wrong and then she threatened and harrassed me saying she could sue me for slander.
