I'm 22 and my GF is 16 if she gets pregnant she'll be 17 by the time of birth, can I get in any legal trouble, her mom is okay with it she is in college, and I am military.
A: You say "dating" and that is ok. Sex can lead to a minimum charge of contributing, if things turn just slightly. A child 15 or younger cannot consent to sex. Also I have seen is where things start out fine and then something goes wrong, the mother hears an ugly rumor about the boyfriend and goes and gets a restraining order, but the boyfriend won't give up, texts the girl and then gets charged with the cime of violating the restraining order. Get parental consent for the girl to marry.
