Q: small claims question
an ex of mine has destroyed over $500.00 worth of my belongings:mostly electronics: my iphone5, and my less-than-6-months-old-28inch Vizio smart tv. he doesnt have much money ( like myself) but i know what he did was wrong and i want to know how to get him to reimburse me for these items via small claims! it is maricopa county in the state of arizona, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A: Do a search for small claims court online or go in person. Small claims is meant for people who are not represented. They should have self-help forms at the court or online. Be well.
