Q: My fiancé has 50/50 custody of 2 kids with his ex school attendance is horrible grades suffering due to it what can wedo
one kid has been late over 30 days this year, all days are during their mothers dates. Teachers called a conference and told us it will be up to the school board if she passes due to falling behind academically. Last year we had the same issue but the children's werent in jeapordy of being held back. She doesn't take any responsibility when it comes to the kids and their schooling, she doesn't send them to school some days for no reason, and she doesnt make them do any school work.... Can we do anything about this???

If things are not working out under the current arrangement then go back to court to modify the Order.
