Q: What kind of non-immigrant visa can be applied for.
I am a USA citizen working in Taiwan. I want my 15 year old son to begin school in Washington. He is a USA citizen also. I need his Taiwanese mother to take care of him there. Note, his mother and I are not married. I was wondering if there is any kind of visa she can apply for so that she could accompany him for at least one semester or about 5 months.
