Q: Does 23+ non-emergency calls to police, all unfounded {emphasis added}, qualify as harassment?
So after getting the NP PD record department to run a search from 10-2013 to present My inclinations were correct, 23+ calls & not so much as warning just multiple violations of my RIGHTS, nothing much I guess! Apparently this couple across the street now has taken to another branch of government and has the code enforcement/property standards division on her/his side. But it is almost comical when you consider the local officials are "using" their code more particularly the Unified Land Development Code as tool against a homestead which needs no permits to change lighting fixtures for security purposes, but even this gets expensive. Moreover if one isn't developing anything how stupid can a city believe their own citizens are? So the question is; is there an attorney out there with enough knowledge and audacity to do what needs to be done? Meaning Title 42 §1983 & 1988 actions and harassment claims against this same pitiful couple, city employees & city? I'm tired & right w/evidences
A: The thing for you to do is take all of your evidence and actually go see a local attorney about this.
A: Maybe, but you would need to contact them. Attorneys are prohibited from soliciting business.
