Q: Need advice on getting my green card?

I'm 23 years old I came to the USA when I was 15 years old I've been married to a usa citizen for almost 2 years now we got a 6 months old baby I entry the country illegal now to get my green card do I have to go back to my country and wait for my green card over there or there's anyway for me to stay in the USA and get the green card here? Also how long the process would take?
