Q: Can you be deported after being swored in as a citizen for not joining army after being drafted?!
I heard from someone that if you became a citizen and checked of on the application that tou won't join the army if drafted but own a gun or guns you can be deported. I know it sounds silly but I would feel much more comfortable about excersizing my rights as a citizen.
A: The draft ended in 1973. If this is a problem for you, go see an immigration attorney about this.
