I deposited a third party check into my chase account that was endorsed and given to me as payment for a car i sold, before i deposited the check i called the chase 1800 # and asked if it was ok fr me to do this, i also asked a lady in the branch, both said it was fine to just have the check endorsed and for me to sign underneath, well i did this, and now the bank closes my account and says i need to take the person who gave me the check with 2 ID's soo they can give methe money and reopen my acct, well i have no access to the person who gave me the check, so now im car less and with no money! what can i do so the bank will give me my cash i feel like their robbing me!!
