Q: Have summary judgment due to my failure to respond not served properly any options? motion to vacate?
details - complaint served on 1/18/13 claimed water damage to unit below mine, suit again myself/husband and hoa. 11/14/13 hoa settled and stipulation for dismissal filed, 11/14/13 request for default against myself husband filed 11/20/13 order from court no action default judgments are handled by commissioner, 11/22/13 response from myself/husband disputing the entire issue as it was hoa responsibility.2/7/14 request for default against myself/husband filed again, claimed included affidavit of support but did not. 2/13/14 filed my response disputing the entire issue same as prior. 3/7/14 request for summary judgment filed, i was unaware, support showed nothing other than a small possibility that we MAY have had small water issue (from roof leak that was immediately repaired did not cause damage they are sueing for) 4/18/14 order summary judgement granted..5/19/14 request to extend time to file till 5/23/14 granted on 5/21/14...12/8/14 order for judgment filed, notice of judgment 1/6
