Q: I am a small business owner (day spa) and used the same vendor (skin care company) exclusively for over 10 years - they
sold me a deffective machine and after a months of refusing to refund my money, they did and then closed my account without notice! I dont believe we have any written contract, but I had to scramble and open new accounts for my business along with changing my website, shopping cart - do I have a case????
